Hello Everyone,
I'm very new to this group.I've graves from past 3yrs now.I was on Carbimazole for 2yrs and later my Endo put me on PTU as i was ttc. I got pregnant on July 2009. That time my TSH was0.096 Normal Range(0.65-3.70MU/L) And my TSH Receptor Antibodies 21.0 Normal Range(0.0-1.5 IU/L) The pregnancy lasted only for 10 weeks.I had my D&C on 9th of Aug.My tsh came down to 0.002 mIU/L Normal Range(0.45-4.50). Then my PTU dosage was increased to 25 mg twice a day.Now my T4 is 11.3 pmol/L(9.0-25.0) and my TSH is 2.62 mIU/L(.40-4.70). My Endo says the miscarriage was becoz of the thyriod problem.And wants me to go for Radioactive iodine solution. Kindly Advice. Thanks Posted on 10/23/09, 05:10 am |
