    Chai
    prep: 15 minutes
    servings: 2
    1/2 cup water
    1 bag black tea
    1 3-inch cinnamon stick
    2 cups skim milk
    2 tablespoons raw sugar or honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

    A little pre-workout snack of mine, on the days I am able to workout:
    1/3 cup dry couscous
    1/2 cup apple juice (or water)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 pinch salt (less than 1/8 tsp!!!)
    1 small fuji apple - diced small
    cinnamon/apple pie spice to taste
    1 tsp honey
    Put juice, oil, honey, salt, cinnamon and apple in a small pan and bring to boil.  Remove from heat, stir in couscous.  Cover.  Let sit 5-1...

    The treatment and control of hyperthyroidism does not tend to improve the prominent eye appearance or the double vision associated with Graves eye disease. 
    No wonder my doctors evaded answering my questions about the double vision and if it will go away.  I guess things will only get worse from here on.
    Now to learn to live with tape on my glasses for the rest ...
