I was cooking dinner the other night and my GS was in the tub… he gets out comes into the kitchen and says “what are you doing” I’m cooking dinner “what we gonna eat” Manicotti and pea salad he starts jumping up and down saying yea- yea! Then he turns and starts to run in the bed room yelling “ Paw-Paw, Paw-Paw… we having man-potty and pee-pee sal-wid to eat” we laugh so hard he started to laugh…

This is not about what my 4 year old eat but what she has seen. We have on the Decovery health channel most of the time. I watch it in the evening after the kids go to bed. But my 4 year old will lay on the sofa or in my bed and watch till she falls asleep. Many women have babies on this channel and I think nothing about it.
The other day I say her on the floor in the livingroom playing with the hairbrushes, She tossed on at her sister and I corrected her for that. She looked at me and said "but mommy I was just playing baby" I brushed it off and watched for a moment. She was laying on the floor andtook 3 brushes and tucked them under her shirt. The next thing i saw was her knees to her chest and head to the chest yelled and out from under her shirt came a hairbrush. I thought i would die. I ask her what she was doing and she said I told you mommy Playing babies. We had a talk about not doing this. But thought i must talk to her daycare just in case. The daycare teacher looked at me and said "ooh that explains why we were playing dr on our back last week. Dirt was higher on the food chain that was at that moment in time. I now have to give up my shows cause I don't need her to teach the other 4 year olds at daycare. LOL

LOL Got to love them!!! Kids are super smart and say the darnest things.I wish we could tape them and keep them for when our sprits need a lift, that would be the perfit medicine.

My eldest granddaughter started learning about how babies are made. She was studying the female reproductive system. I was looking through her take-home folder and saw she'd had to label all of the female parts.
There was an arrow pointing to one of them with the name "virginia" next to it. My husband and I almost fell on the floor laughing!

my 3 yr old grandson has figured out there is a difference between boys and girls---so I had to explain that boys have a penis and girls a vagina. He now points out that our dog has a penis on a daily basis.LOL
Now back to the food thing. While we were on vaca we went to Alligator Adventure and they have a peacock. We happened to see the peacock eating. Well that night we had spaghetti for dinner. he now for some odd reason believes spaghetti is peacock food and asks for it alot.LOL
