Hi all, Mums results are bad, she had osteoporosis in her spine, it is crumbling, two of the joints are collapsed and she has 2 fractures. She has to go for a blood test on Monday to see if she can go on this treatment, the doc says that it will help to build up the bones but you have to have a test to see what the calcium is like in your body and have a kidney function test. I have never known such pain as I am in on the day after surgery. I came home today, spent the night in the hospital the night of surgery. I am wide awake. Nothing new. I no longer have enough meds to be taking them all the time. So, if I dont have sleeping meds - I dont sleep at all or not much anyway. And the reduction of the other meds has finally taken a toll on my mind. Either I am crying, or so down I dont want to move, or my heart is racing and I feel I will explode.
