My husband is replacing our roof because we cant afford to have someone do it. The door bell rang and the buiulding inspector is there saying I have to have a permit. My A/C went out last evening. No clue why. Was working fine then it wouldnt turn on anymore. I have checked everything and inspected the entire unit. I will now have to find someone who can come out and look at it to tell me whats wrong. Thats $50-$100 for the visit, then what ever it will cost. I just returned form my appointment for foodstamps. I have to go every 6 months. We were getting $245 to feed 4 people. Now we will get $145. I ended up crying and couldnt stop. So, we finally got a listing of all the places to go for food here. Unfortunately, we cant get any food from them. Most of them said if you get more than $100 in food stamps you cannot get food from them (we get $212 now which feeds us for 2 weeks).
