Here's a simple little recipe to make for those little gifts you need for Christmas:
Mug Cake
1 coffee mug
4 Tablespoons plain flour
2 Tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 Tablespoons mile
3 Tablespoons oil
3 Tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Small splash vanilla
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in mild & oil and mix well.

I got up about 6:15AM and worked out from 7AM-8AM with a program from FitTV channel 261 on the satellite.....worked out with 5 lb hand weights and got a good stretch in my back. Continuing to have a strange taste in my mouth from the Parnate--put a caLL into my DR office about it to see if it's a normal reaction or what I can do about it........chewing alotta gum!!
