Yesterday was one heck of a day. I was sooooo exited for my aging service lady to be here, I rushed too fast and should have went
slower. Getting in her car I stepped up on a platform, misjudged my footing and fell backwards. I sure have goofed up my body!

We were out yesterday and saw a reclining chair which we thought would be good for mums back,its so comfortable, we managed to get it home and today when my son came he helped my hubby to get it upstairs,it was so difficult because she has a chair lift as well. I am wide awake. Nothing new. I no longer have enough meds to be taking them all the time. So, if I dont have sleeping meds - I dont sleep at all or not much anyway. And the reduction of the other meds has finally taken a toll on my mind. Either I am crying, or so down I dont want to move, or my heart is racing and I feel I will explode.
