    I just returned form my appointment for foodstamps.  I have to go every 6 months.  We were getting $245 to feed 4 people.  Now we will get $145.  I ended up crying and couldnt stop.  They dont look at anything except what the income is.  Our income is my $745 disability monthly and my husband makes around $800 a month gross.  This is the week we dont have food l...

    Yesterday I almost sit down and cryed.  FINALLY I have hope at the end of my tunnel....
    First thing I got new shoes..they are terribly expensive but they help arthritis and Morton's
    Norama and my bone spur.  My left foot turns in if I wear them almost a year but the
    cost so much!  Its on the side my hip has lost all the bone and I wonder if the walking

      Paranoia is setting in
      I dunno where to begin
      Here I am in this frame of mind
      I thought I could trust your kind
      I find myself rolling my eyes
      Curled up in a corner and cries
      Why the hell do you have to mess me up?   I’m just a downward spiral waiting to hit the ground
      Thoughts go around and around
      Why does my life have to be so hard?
      It’s like someone’s stole my sanity card.
