antibody testing for NTG

Has anyone had any antibody testing for glaucoma (either kind)? My 15 yr old daughter recently was diagnosed with NTG. She already has some vision loss in both eyes. We thought it might be caused to her blood pressure dropping at night but a cardio workup ruled this out. My only thought is that she may be antibody positive. (She was diagnosed with highly antibody positive myasthenia 2 yrs ago.) If you have had the testing, what type of doc ran the tests (eg. immunologist)? If you had a positive result, do you have any other immunological diseases or issues? Thanks! Sarah
