Hey Queenie, I have problems with it as well,I tend to miss some of them,not always the same ones though. I hate them!! I have them every 6 months. xxx

I have been told that have dry eyes makes the test hard too. I have always hated them, makes my head hurt. I did have a tech tell me one time, to blink each time i click the button. Helps to clear my vision and rest my eye's between flashes.

So far my field vision tests have come out ok but I hate taking them soooooo much and I have to take them every 6 months also.

I take it every 6 months. The therapist gets irrated with me , when I don't click every time... If i see it , I see it , if i don't , then I don't. I hate them too. It is hard to keep your eyes wide open the whole time while testing. I blink when I need to

I had the same problem, I had never had one, so did not know what to expect. Well, I did not keep my eyes on the bright light, and was looking around for the flashes. My Glaucoma specialist said that he would forgive me this time, since it was my first, but that I would have to do better next time, and we would try again in six months. (penance?)(sp).

Had to laugh about the forgiveness & penance...ha ha. What we don't go through, huh? Of all the eye tests, I find this one the worst!

I don't like this test at all either. I have them done at least once a year. First time I did the test I kept my eyes open all the time, or tried too..lol.. my eyes ached for a week. anyway my test are fine,messed up on one, all the rest fine. I click as I see the lights, they are so fast or slow and pop up just anywhere. This test is the one I DREAD the most.
