I am really struggling i am gay but i dont know. I feel like people are just waiting for me to screw up so they can make fun of me. It hurts and honestly sometimes i really want to die. Like i have tried to kill myself before but i got freaked and chickened out . If this doesn't stop i don't know what is wrong with people. My mom thinks i am going through a spirt and i am scared to death to tell my step dad. I don't know what to do.

first of all, death is never the answer. G-d only gave you this life because He knows you can handle it.
secondly, of course people are waiting for you to screw up. you're different, and different means not being like everyone else. if you succeed, then that means they're wrong, but if you fail - they win. so people will almost always be rooting for your downfall. the trick is to realize that. and this: you cannot change your sexuality. if you are a lesbian, you're a lesbian. if you're gay, you're gay. if you're bi, you don't just stop liking one sex or another. people were created with attraction and that will not change. who you're attracted to? maybe. but what you're attracted to? almost never. it's just instinctive. so screw the rest of the world. be you. find another lesbian and other people who see eye to eye with you. and of course your mom is desperate to call it a phase, or spurt, or whatever. straight people rule the world right now - they're the majority and therefore the norm. which sucks for the rest of us, but oh well. also, you being a lesbian means unless you do the whole sperm donor thing, no grandkids. and in some sates no marriage even, so no wedding for Mom. :-) oh well! just try to love yourself. you're just a girl. so what if you like other girls? so do i!!!! we're all here for you! I know what you mean , and i have felt how you feel.
as for for sucide- once when i had asked the same question, i was tould that if god gave u life y through it back in his face and tell him u dont want it . life is the best gift given , and not like other gifts, other gifts if you dont like it u can through it out and get he same thing next year for christmas, but with life once yours is gone u dont get it back and you dont get another one . and as for being gay / les / bi / trans- god made you who u are , and with who u are u cant change. u cant change how you see people or how your atracted to people or what sex you are atracted to. if being gay / bi / les / trans....ect god wouldent have made us the way we are!! i hope i helped ! good luck , RCVTEX
