" My aunt is a psychologist for families. She works a lot with courts and this is what she told me to say to you:

The advice she would give to you is to make sure the next time he you beat up make sure there is bruises and photographs. Call the police. Any allegation of physical and/or sexual abuse will cause the police and courts to get involved.

Also, right now, you can go before the city court house and ask for a "Stay-Away Order of Protection." You only needs to state the reason to the judge. Of course the mother and step-father will know about it. You can ask for an emergency order of protection that should be approved the same day since you are kid.

The court system in available to you too. You are a citizen. The fact that you are young is an issue and eyebrows will be raised. Either way this guy is Outta there! "
