Hi Everyone!! I have posted about this girl I know from work before, and now im back looking for more advice. She is a few years younger than I am and is currently struggling with an off and on relationship just like I have in the past. I think she likes me and I definitely like her, but i do not know what to do. She called me the other night around 1 because she needed someone to talk to so I went and met with her. I believe if she didnt like me should wouldnt have thought of me of all people to call and talk to. While I was with her we talked about everything on earth, and she saidd that she could never be the one to make the first move.. I believe this is a hint to me to make that move. But is it? What do you all think? I need some help since I just got out of a 3 year relationship and now feel new to the dating thing.

Well I can't say I'm not new to the dating thing, but yeah I'd take this as a hint. I don't know the whole situation, but it seems that you should go for it :) If you want to talk more, feel free to message me.
