Hello everyone, I usually hand out at the Vertigo forum because that is what i deal with the most but latley ive had some stomach issues. Its started with nausea and some vommitting at first which felt like a tummy flu or food posioning or something. So a month later my tummy hurts *right underneath my breasts right in the middle, so top of my belly) it feels sore and achy. Tested negative for Pylori. Stomach feels full and inflamed and I just feel weak and dizzy and no appetite. Also it burns alot. Does this sound like gastritis? My insurance is so bad so its hard for me to get some of the hard core test. Please help with your guidance.

" Sorry your not feeling well, in the words of Pres. Bill Cinton... " I feel your pain" hehe
seriously though, I was diagnosed with gastritis with an endoscopy and my symptoms are all over the board. Sometimes it huts here sometimes there, I have pain under my rib cage or in the middle of my chest etc...I think the stomach acid we produce plays a significant role in our discomfort, plus in my case stress too. Sorry I couldnt be more help. "

" yes i had upper GI done, you have fast for that etc..mine shoewed mild gastritis which was like mild inflamation of stomach lining. Ulcer is way worse i believe. With the acid we have in our stomach it is very dificult to heal or can take a long time. I am thinking of having clonoscopy next just to rule out anything serious. I also had a "stomach emptying scan" which looks at how your stomach digests. They found nothing other than the gastritis. I have tons of symptoms, pain all over abdomen, pressure in my chest and under my ribcage. I know my stress level plays a role. "
