I am one of those people who is constantly reading online about home remedies, success stories etc to help me better heal myself. However, I realize that most of the posts, webpages etc. I come across only have people who are still facing difficulty. I think we can all use some positive reinforcement. Is there anyone out there who has healed significantly or completely? Please share your stories with us here.

Also, my doctor asked me to eat something with the pill at night before bed. I am going to have a banana - and hopefully that brushes over some of that awful morning sickness.

I only two my zoloft for two days before having to quit it. The nausea was awful and I don't think that in the end I really wanted to take a pill for anxiety. It would just be another thing I would have to either get off eventually or take forever and the side effects and all that didn't seem worth it. I figure there are other ways to deal with my anxiety. Are you still on zoloft?

I was on Zoloft 25mg for 2 days as well before quitting it. I had awful nausea in the morning as well - as well as terrible lethargy. I also quit taking it. My doctor wants me to try Paxil 20mg now - and my therapist insists that I take it, and wait for my body to adjust to the chemical changes. I, like you, am also very concerned about being reliant on the drug, having side effects, and eventually going through the horrible withdrawal symptoms I am reading a lot about. Perhaps it is a necessary evil for people with anxiety/depression that is untreatable by therapy alone.
