I tried align for a week and found it had some side effects and I believe it set me back quite a bit. However I have heard good things about it. The first week can be pretty rough though. Good luck and let me know how you do with it!

I'm on it and it's great! I suffered from bad bad bloating and nausea and decided to try it while taking antibiotics for SIBO. My bloating is about 50% better and I feel so much better on it. I had no side effects or trouble getting used to it. About 4 weeks after starting it the bloating got a lot better, which was 2 weeks after I stopped the antibiotics, so I'm guessing Align has a big part in helping. TRY IT if you're thinking about it, and take it for 4 weeks before you decide if it's helping. Only downfall is that it's 30 bucks a month.

I tried it 4 yrs ago when I was pretty bad off, and it did not work for me, set me back..who knows, now it might not be so bad. I'm glad it worked for you!
