Gastric Cancer Support Group

After my cousin died I was worried about my lack of passing stools which has gotten worst over the years, I mean I eat healthly and I try to also eat food that will help me but it can last up to three weeks then i have to take other precautions.
I had a colonoscopy a while back and they said that i have polyps in my colon which they removers. Luckily it was benign.
I still worry though as my bowels just don't work as well as every peson I have spoken to at home or work etc
