" I'd try GNC & Flintstone Chewables seem to be the most popular. "

" My GNC stores locally do not carry this so I have to order it online.

WWW. seipharmaceuticals.com is the site, and just wind your way through it to order. It was recommended on Eggface's site many times, and I continue using it still...and I'm nearly 7 months post op. Best one I tried.

As for vitamins. Check Bariartic Advantage online, and they have many options for supplements. I use a multivitamin that is chewable, large, in berry flavor. I tend to suck on mind while i'm walking, but think they are pretty good. Two a day and you're done.

" I purchase my vitamins in bulk from bariatriceating.com. A 90 day bundle of Bariatric Advantage costs 119.00, no tax and free shipping. It includes a multivitamin, sublingual B, iron, and calcium citrate. They constitute the RDA for ALL GBS patients. As a vegetarian, your big challenge will be getting enough protien. This is where a good nutritionist can be invaluable. "

" Max Protein is available at some GNC's (its a franchise store choice so call your local) or online... I buy a lot of it so they gave me a discount for my blog readers... it's not cheap I warn you but it is soooo worth it... no funky taste or smell. Here's the 411 on it:

I use the Vanilla & Chocolate the most but the Cookies & Cream & Chocolate Mint are super yummy too.
