" We have Sam's club its a lot like Costco... but I agree with you that they have the best prices and its great to buy in bulk so you know you will have what you need... their eggs are a great price to, I got my flintstone vitamins from there as well and it was $15 for 200 of them, there meats are great, hamburger is 80/20 so no grease hardly ever, the skinless, boneless chicken either the tenderloins, or the breast I haven't seen anyone beat there price on those and its great, the soy milk I agree with you too, also oh my there string cheese best deal ever. Not sure about the rest of the stuff on your list don't eat it lol... but if you have either a Costco or Sam's or a different warehouse type place I would recommend going. Thanks for the post "

" Costco has been my friend during this process. I love their Premier Protien RTD shakes - 30g of protien per container, they don't require refrigeration and are very portable when you cant use powders. I also use their protien shots - 25g of protien which I mix into my 24oz sipping bottle and taste good. Once I was on solids, I started keeping the 30g of protien Premeir bars in my purse as a backup. I like their Jarlsberg Light swiss as I can't stand string cheese, their 9 percent fat frozen ground beef chubs, and their frozen salmon patties. "
