Since we've begun to notice so many of us are just hovering above that coveted 199 lbs, I think it would be great support if we all work on this goal together!!!
If you'd like to join our little club, you have to be in the hovering stage, I guess within 20 lbs to make it realistic. Tell us your current weight and how many pounds left until onederland. Also tell us how you are planning on getting there. 48 days to go!!! Good luck!!! Posted on 11/07/09, 02:11 pm |

LMAO!!! Sorry, onederland is to be out of the 200s and down into the 100s for weight. Twoderland is to be out of the 300s and into the 200s for weight, fyi.

Ok. I'm in! I'm 209 and down 70 pounds since surgery on June 8th. I'm almost 5'6". I'm looking forward to losing at least 10 pounds by Christmas! I've been going to the gym at least 3 times a week (I know it should be more!). Let's support each other in this goal!

I am definitely interested in being in the Onederland club and at my last weigh in was 211. Since I weight once a month, I have until the 19th when I see my surgeon again, for my next weigh in. Don't think I will have dropped it by then...definitely by Christmas it should be doable.
I have been walking 2 miles each morning, and on the dr's suggestion trying to get to 4 miles on my pedometer by day's end. In all honesty, I think he's nuts...but it's a goal. I do manage 3 , most days, and some days do get 4, so that is amazing to me, compared to maybe an average of 2,000 prior to surgery back in April. I plan to continue this, adding more as I'm able, and additionally FINALLY utilize my pilates chair, which is for resistance strength training....at least two - 3 times a week. Onderland, here I come. Cindy

Great idea callie. Count me in. I was 202 this morning. Have been kind of stuck there for a little over a week now. My plan: exercise more consistently. I admit, I am horrible at exercising. Being a kindergarten teacher takes all of my strength so by the time I get home, I am too pooped to do anything. But, I am determined to go out walking this week. I mean, come on.....3 lbs.
