I am so happy to finally say after 13 months and 147 pounds I am in officially in onederland. I started out at 347 sept-2008 and today I am 199.8. I am just barely there but I am there. I hope to still lose 25 pounds but I wanted everyone new here to know that it will happen. You can get to onederland too.

Congratulations and thank you for posting. I'm pretty discouraged that I will never get to onderland, mainly because I'm already at a BMI of 30 since I'm 5'10". Been on a month long plateau and I'm so close. Just 12 more lbs to go! I started at 344 in Sept 08, so nearly the same as you, and it gives me a little more hope I may make it there. Even if it is going slow. Keep up the great work!
