" Whey is simply milk proteins. So if you can drink milk with no problems, I don't konw how it could be the whey you are reacting to. Your symptoms are symptoms of dumping, so I would look at the other ingredients. Is their any hidden sugars or words ending in 'ose'? I think some people are allergic to splenda too.

What are the other ingredients - and what are you mixing it with? It could be too high in fat..or something too.

Are you able to look for a different protein powder? "

" I mix it with skim milk. I have been using the same protein for awhile but the "dumping syndrome" or whatever it is came on overtime. "

" Some people develop dumping syndrom out of the clear blue. Weird - but I've heard others say that. My friend could eat cake and sugar foods until about 2 months ago. Now she dumps if she eats ONE bite.

Hope you get it figured out. Dumping is no fun. "

" I am going to agree that it is unlikely that you are "allergic" to Whey protein.

First Allergic/Allergy is a VASTLY abused word. If anything, you may have a "sensitivity". This is a whole different subject.

Next, There are several different ways to get Whey protein in.
Whey Isolate (the best, and easiest to digest)
Whey Blends
Whey Concentrate
Collagen

If one of these is bothering you, then maybe it is time to try another!

Another thought is, when this started to bother you was it when you made a change to "How" you take your protein?, are you eating other foods, or not eating around the time you do your protein? are you taking your protein right after a very intense work out? Maybe a few minutes to let your pouch settle might fix that!?

What about waiting too long between putting something into your pouch? My pouch, still at 7 months, hurts, if I go too long between eating!

I also agree that it could just be something in the powder itself, you are reacting to! try some different ones to see if different fillers work better for you!

God Bless!

Janelle "
