I want to let everyone to know that Excedrin is not allowed,I posted that I take it for my headaches and it dont bother me,but I dont want you all to follow me,you do what your Drs. say and youll be fine.and Im sorry to the ones Ive offended,I really didnt mean to be a bad example,sherry

We are all Grown Adults, and with the right information can choose which rules to break, but if The rule is made to sound unreliable, then it cannot help others avoid future problems.

maybe some kind of a disclaimer would be in order when we are admitting to breaking or bending a rule. especially for these dangerous ones.
