Going straight into pureed from the get go is gutsy, but whatever. remember you will have a belly FULL of staples and stitches..just be easy on your pouch, and it will be easy on you.
4 1/2 months out, and I have never been sick, except the one time I ate way too fast, and the first time I went out to eat in a restaurant. that didn't go over too well either, but dining out since then has been no problems. I think it was just too early in the process for that, but I was suffering from cabin fever, so I just had to go. Wished I didn't once it was over with.
they also have this new york cheesecake protein pudding/shake mix. It is AMAZING!!!
