Hey friends. I was here and doing well for just over 5 months when I blew it. I'm getting pretty fed up by now so I am back and hope to stay with this group for the long haul.

Hi Jas... Welcome back! I have had to prove to myself the hard way more than once that I can't gamble in a nonharmful way...this site has been of immense help to me and I hope it will help you as well...will look forward to seeing your journals!

Hello Jas and welcome back! Focus on the fact that at least you had the option of coming back and the fact that you do have control over your choices and your future.
