Relapse does seem to be a get out of jail free card for a CG. I tended to use relapse as a way to make it okay to start or continue on gambling. I used to relapse when I was in better money situations, it seems to burn a hole through my pocket, even if I don't literally have it on me. I'm going to have to trust myself with it one day, but I have alot of learning to do from my previouses relapses before this happens.
