He faithfully deposited it into our bank account. Not winnings......proceeds from sale of his car to a friend. I am out from under feeling pressured to drive "the new car" I didn't want. I asked him to sell his old vehicle as we really don't NEED 3 cars and a truck.
He is staying late at work tonight....because he has to take Friday off.....and the fear started creeping up in the back of my mind. "Oh no...$4000 in the savings account....he's staying late (often a ruse for sneaking out early to gamble.)" But I am standing firm in my faith tonight. Not checking the accounts, not calling his work phone to see if he's still there. Just walking in faith for the next hour. Your prayers are appreciated......I know God hears them. You obviously love your hubby very much to support him the way you are. Stay strong in your faith and love...my prayers are with you and with your husband.

I hope things turned out okay. I used to live with some that had a pill addiction and trying not to supervise their activities is a difficult thing.
