Hi everyone I have not been on here in a while because I have been doing actually pretty well I self banned myself from all the casinos that were convenient enough to go to so that had really helped and then all the sudden a new casino in ohio opened up in may that was pretty close so I have been going there a few times a week and losing until last night I self banned out of all the ohio casinos and I feel so much better right now although I cant get the thought out of my head about how dumb I have been for the past two months all of the dates in my status are the days that I self banned myself from different casinos now the closest casino to me is at least a two hour drive and I know i wont be making that trip, I hope that anyone who has a problem gambling like myself will definitely consider self banning because for the most part is has worked for me good luck to everyone on here and have a gamble free day

Thanks Dewitt it was very hard toget myself to self ban from the downtown casinos but I did after eight years of gambling finally when I had enough I self banned then in Ohio they opened a casino do close to Michigan it made it to convenient but hopefully last night will be the last of it all

well hell im hoping it is too for ya. we can only handle so much misery in our lives and gambling only brings on more. need to make a clean break from it and never go back.

if you do self ban please make sure you cover every casino with-in atleast 2 hours travel time .i missed a club about an hour away when i banned myself so i would travel there to get my fix.but the next time i banned myself i made sure i covered all of them and it does really help.in australia you can only ban yourself for a maximum of 2 years i suppose it's just in case you want to go back to gambling your life away.

I think self ban is a great idea, I live in Montana where there are casinos on every corner-but when I called the Montana problem gambling line there is nothing set up to self ban in Montana.
