If you just walk in and use cash...no club card, no check cashing....can they still ID you and arrest you?
I am thinking this might be the next step to get my H out of the casino for good. Canterville Posted on 10/07/09, 06:10 pm |

Yes they can I'm pretty sure, but from what I've heard, a lot of CG's still get around it all... there's a lot of people they have to look for and a lot of people on that casino floor. I'm not entirely sure of the effectiveness but I'm sure others will have an insight.

The casinos have lots of people on self exclusion so the best way to be sure to be noticed is to go to the casino security ppeople and tell them your hub is excluded...give them a recent picture and ask them to please try to enforce the exclusion. It works better if the the CG does it themself but if not...you could do it.
Most will try to help.

Yes they can arrest you, obviously would be harder to detect you being there without using a card, atm.. etc.. but it could still be done. For me the thought and horror of being arrested was all it took for me.. I wouldn't take the chance. I did it once.. and I repeat once.. a friend coaxed me to go.. said it would be okay.. Well.. I hit a stupid jackpot, over $1200, had to walk away from it to avoid being arrested. it was anightmare, my friend was interrogated for over an hour. FOr me... Never again..
