yesterday i went to dinner and after i got home i became .very sick.a friend and i went for pizza my tummey felt like it was on fire. ithough i would end upn er.for the night ithought i was having a baby . i am still not feeling thjat great today. my tummy muscels are sore. its a beauthful day out side. and i may go for a walk. later. i also need meds refiled. love to all Ellen.

I tryed to flush it out by drinking pints of cranberry juice but the pain is to much the discomfort is getting to me.
