Gallbladder attack

I can get on most days being about 80% ok. Then I will get a sudden attack brought on by food or even going to the toilet after I have been constipated. An attack will last anything from say an hour to a couple of days. Durring and after the attack I just feel really tired and have to sleep. I also feel run down and sick after and my stomach rumbles a lot. Does anyone else get this? I am confused if this is my gallbladder of GERD? I get pain all across my upper abdomen and my back under the shoulder blades and in the centre. It feels like I have been beaten up or something.

" I had the same symptoms, turns out I did have gallstones. I wasn't able to have surgery to remove gallbladder right away because I had had a heart attack not that long ago so I lived with the discomfort until one night I ended up at the ER in agony. The gallstones had inflamed my gallbladder and liver so they removed my gallbladder in the hospital. I am recovering at home now, so far so good. If you have gallstones you might want to think about surgery, they usually just get worse over time. "
