Right around the first of August i started having some really bad stomach pain about an inch to right of my belly button that felt like I had been ran through with a spear all the way to my back. I spent the whole weekend in a decent amount of pain and my stool was really dark almost black. So I went to my doctor on Monday and told him where i was having the pain and everything else that was going on. He checked to make sure there wasn't blood in my stool (which there wasn't any) and took some blood to run some tests. Then had me go have an ultrasound done. The next day they called and said it showed "some" gallstones on the ultrasound. Since then I've had several times that i've gotten really constipated and had to get some prune juice to help, is that related to the gallstones? Then here lately i've been having a strange pain under my bottom right rib, it feels like someone is cramming their fingers under my ribcage. I've got an appointment on the 17th to see a surgeon, (so i'm guessing there going to want to take out my gallbladder?) about it, i'm ready to have this over with, it's a pain, literally...

I had pain under my chest bone & under my ribs, right side off & on, not bad. Then it was sooo bad I couldn't breath good right. I had sooo much pain in the chest, ribs. side, & back. Right should blade. My skin was hurting too! I went to the doctor Thursday & by next Wednesday I had my surgery. The doctor said I should have gone to the hospital & had emergency surgery. Good luck with the pain. Hope you feel better soon. =)

Thank you, I hope so too. I had an appointment today with a surgeon and he said I should have it taken out as soon as possible so I'm going in on the 25th of this month. He also found a hernia just above my belly button. Right after i had my first problems with it I got really bloated, so much that i couldn't even get my regular jeans on, and he said it was probably related to that. I'm kinda nervous about the surgery but at the same time glad that it is going to be over with.
