im wondering,
70 percent or more of the pain you were experiancing during your attacks/pain from gallstones was severe indegestion. some peopel dont realise what indegestion feels like..so are you still experianceing the same feelings as from when u had your gallstones? you could try a drug that relives indegestion. when do these pains occur? after you eat fatty food or drink? potent food or drink? gassy food or drink? are you constipated? did your surgery go smoothly? are you still taking your post op meds they gave you to fight infections etc?? do you releive gas from either end? (if not cold be gas build up)

First off, I would HIGHLY recommend you see a doctor before you start adding MORE drugs.(I think we understand ourselves on that...)
Anything different in your diet lately, specially in the last 48 hrs?

there could be a stone stuck in you. it happened w/ me. they thought they got it all out, but a st one slipped by and got stuck in my cystic duct area - upper part of my abdomin as well. you you might want to go back and get a ct scan and make sure there aren't anymore stones. you shouldn't wait this long. when you have pain this bad immediately check yourself in. good luck.
