I have recently been diagnosed with hiatal hernia and gerd. I started today on the medicine Pantoprazole and would like to hear from others who have experience with this medicine. I am also interested in hearing about people who have opted for surgery. Actually, any information about this condition would be greatly appreciated. scb11

I have to avoid oily foods, soda, beers, cigarette, citrus drinks and foods and more. it is very difficult for me in the first place but i have to do it so it won't get worst.
