Does anyone have days, for a lack of a better term, you just feel like "crap"? Makes me depressed but I try to just keep going on. Anyone else with the same bad feelings?

Yes, I have those kind of days. It's when I just don't feel good and I don't feel like I got good sleep even though I slept.

Yes, I have those days. It's very frustrating to have to make so many adjustments to my life, such as eatting at certain times of the day and eliminating my favorite foods. Sometimes I cheat and I regret it because I can be uncomfortable for an entire day. This is not a disease to take for granted. It takes work, and I have read some success stories on this forum that are inspiring. So keep your chin up and press forward to healing.

I'm having one today. I take 2 x 150mg Ranitidine Tablets per day and I can go weeks eating what I want and feeling relatively in control of GERD. Then I get days like this where I have stomach ache and feel bloated with Acid and the worst thing is when your throat is constantly burning. I normally drink a load of Antacids to cure it but I don't have any in the house right now so it's a night of suffering.... Tried Gaviscon but it doesn't do much, and also Ate a couple of Apples which seems to calm it down ever so slightly.
Anyways straight to the store for some Andrews Antacids tomorrow so I can get back to feeling as normal as can be.
