Yes, I do. I'm having a horrible headache right now. Just took reflux pill to calm the acid. I ate something that I should not have and then the head started pounding.

No, I don't think so. I do get one if my blood sugar starts dropping.

Yes, and with the headache, I salivate quite a bit, like you do when you think of a lemon. It is weird. Then comes the nausea. It seems to be the pattern for me.

For a long time I thought I had sinus infections when some of the problem was with migraine. I subsequently learned that the sinus infections are caused by the reflux and allergy, but I also have migraines and see a neurologist who specialists in that. The symptoms are sometimes difficult to tell apart for me.
Nausea with a pounding headache could be a migraine

yes, I get the headache too. when it's really bad, I can't lie down for awhile. I have to take an antacid to help calm my stomach as well.

yes, when it is really bad, the pain goes to the jaw and up the sides to my head....though I usually take more omeprazole and gaviscon, move around and it gets better. It doesnt seem to last with me. Take care...such a painful thing, this, isnt it...*sigh*.........Cathrynn X

I just joined DailyStrength to reply to this (sorry if its OOD).
I've been diagnosed with possible GERD (i have a Gastroscopy soon) and have been suffering with the usual symptom, PLUS terrible pains at the back of my head (all down right side of scalp) following down the back my neck. I already had the terrible front-neck pains and chest pains, to the point of not being able to touch those parts b/c they are so tender on the exterior as well as inside my body .. and now the back-right of my head is not just aching... its really painful to touch.. almsot constantly now. This is getting me down and actually scaring me so much ~ Are these syptoms likely to be connected to my GERD (which is now very very bad and affecting me very high up the esophagus, b/c it was left for so long w/o diagnosis by a negligent GP surgery). Im really quite scared and cant help but worry about what is causing these head pains, especially as i've never been one to have headaches... certainly not in such a strange position and so painful to touch exterioraly. Can anyone offer and reassurance or advice? Thanks so much. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
