i take generic prilosec then aciphex.is nexium stronger than these or the same .the others didnt work for me. i am desperate to find something that works. i restrick food also and still get reflux..i eat small meals. no tomato products. limit bread. the whole deal. thanks ..marie

I take Nexium 40 mg. every night before going to bed instead of the daytime. I find this works better for me. So far its pretty good, but you can never feel completely great when you have gerd or acid reflux. You have your good days and your bad, and you so so days.

My gerd is really bad, so I have to take two 40 mg nexium a day.. It helps better than all the rest Ive tried..Its really good for if you have heartburn so my husband says.Ive done the whole limit food thing, that helps but not much does really for me. I am in constant pain. But with help you can control it to some degree.. Hang in there
