I've been doing this now for the past few days and it seems to be working. Lay down flat (no pillows) and only lift you head up a few inches (or as high as you can go, for those who have difficulties) and hold it up for 30 seconds (or as long as you can, for those who have difficulties) and then relax (back down). Do this every night before going to bed and right after waking up in the morning (or on an emptier stomach). You should feel relief within a week.
