hello im a teenager with HFI. i have been living with it since i was two and i am now fourteen. i thought i might let everyone know what my normal food is like: (this may not seem normal, even to other people with HFI)
•cheddar cheese goldfish crackers •snyder pretzles or utz pretzles (sometimes rold gold if i don't have too much) •diet coke •milk •for dinner-pretzles with peanut butter ( the natural kind called "teddy's") and some home-made sugar-free jello chocolate pudding. it does get very annoying when i go on field trips for school or sleepovers because i always have to bring my own food. i do not eat eggs or meat because i am still afriad that it will make me sick, like i was when i was little before i was diagnosed. it also gets annoying because some food changes the ingredients so you always have to check it. (goldfish and the teddy's peanut butter do have sugar in them but it is such a small amount that i can eat them, but just not have too much of them.) THANK YOU FOR HAVING THESE POSTS. I LIKE TO TALK ABOUT IT WITH PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH. :)
