friend needs help

My next door neighbor has a 10 year old son that has fragile X. She is trying to raise him alone and with out help. Is there anyone in the NorthEast Texas area that she could talk to for advice? She had a panic attack lastnight cause she didn't know how to handle some things that had happened. please email me at dekan24_99@yahoo.com so we might be able to set up something, maybe for you to talk on the phone for advice or support. please help me help her.
