Help With School Staff Boundaries?

I have two adopted children whom we adopted through foster care; one is now 8 and the other is now 11. Both have Asperger's Syndrome complicated with Anxiety Disorder and suspected Fragile X Syndrome. My son is being tested this coming Wednesday.

My problem is with a yard duty at school who is crossing her boundaries. It's difficult with my children because especially my daughter seeks any kind of attention--her favorite is sympathy. This has been a pattern of hers even before coming to our care a little over a year ago. At school while living at her last foster home, she had a yard duty continuously bringing her gifts and promising to adopt her. The Foster Mother had to complain all the way to the School Superintendent in writing. I don't want this fight but am at a loss as to what to do.

This particular yard duty is always trying to get information out of my children and asking inappropriate questions. I am not sure how to handle this situation but it's truly detrimental to my daughter because boundaries are her particular issue. She's going backwards in her behavior at school, and I can't seem to get it through to school staff that she now has a family and hugging and getting too close is not what she needs.

I'm not sure if this is a fragile X situation or a foster child one--it's likely both. Does anyone have any similar experiences? If so, how did you handle it?

Thanks.
