Recently found out that I am allergic to eggs (among other things). Do any of you know of a good egg substitute that can be used for baking?

Wow guess you'd be better off a vegetarian. How did you find this out?
Eggs are in everything practically. Does this allergy also contain organic eggs, ostrich eggs? Are you also allergic to chicken meat? Pat

We use a product called 'No Egg' - works well.

I had a blood test to find out all my 'sensitivities'... it is all eggs, dairy, gluten, and more. Beef (in samll amounts) and fish are the only meats I can have. Everything else I have been able to find a replacement, but eggs is my stumper. KorrinnaC, Where can I find the No eggs? Thanks for all the helps guys!! Lori

HI LLotts,
I'm in Australia so I get it from Coles, a supermarket. Its pretty easy to find around here, you don't need a specialty store. I'd go to the supermarket and poke around the health food isle, also try the isle with baking stuff. I think there are brands available in the US called Ener G and Egg Beaters. KC
