" Your best bet is too see an allergist. From what I know you have to look at what has changed(not just diet). Anything from laundry soap to a/c filters, etc.

" I did and they said it was something I was eating by mouth. They can't do all the testing on me due to my health situations so I have to take a long route to figure it out. "

" Hey there... I'm not a doctor so I obviously can't tell you what's wrong but I can tell you that sometimes allergies don't make sense. I used to eat peanut butter and all nut related foods on a daily basis, I'd eat peanut butter right out of the jar.... until Feb 10, 2006 that is, that's when I ate an "uncrustable" (one of those prepackaged peanut butter and jelly sandwiches) and I found myself in the hospital! After numerous blood and skin tests, they determined that I was highly allergic to nuts. I refused to believe it but scared enough to listen... my allergist explained that it's pretty common for adults to develop allergies. So at 23 years old I found myself learning all about this allergy and how some sort of nut is in just about everything. All I can say is be very careful and like Pat said, See an Allergist!!! "

" I think I have figured out what it is. Cinnamon. I was eating Apple Cinnamon Bagels pretty much every morning. I stopped eating them after the breakout and the breakout isn't as bad as normal. Of course it will take several days to get it all out of my system but we will see. "
