Buckwheat allergy

missjess230 View More Posts Ignore	My husband had a severe allergic reaction to Buckwheat, any info on the allergy would be AMAMZING. There is not a lot of info out there so please help. Posted on 10/03/09, 12:10 am

What kind of reaction did he have?

There is not a lot of info because it is not a mainstream food additive in the U.S.

Some pizza companies might use small amounts. Lots of oriental foods may contain buckwheat.
