My son, who has multiple food allergies, came down with Bell's Palsy. I don't know whether it has anything to do with his allergies. Anybody?

My husband had it many years ago. The doc said it was like a cold in his muscle in his face. He likes to drive with the window open in the car. The doc said it should go away on its own. I don't know if he was right about the cold part but it did go away on its own. What does your doc say?
