i'm new to this site and have some questions. first off, my son has food allergies and my mom has sensitivity to the same foods. i was recently diagnosed as hypoglycemic, so i started to cut things out of my diet. as a result, the exzema i've had on my feet my whole life has disappeared! amazing, but not a hypoglycemic phemomenon...so i'm thinking food allergies. what do you think? i've heard food allergies can cause hypoglycemia. also, i had wheat today as a trial and i started having hypo symptoms, as well as getting red in the face and chest. what do you think? what should i do?

Im no expert on any of this kind of stuff, but if avoiding something helps, then do avoid those foods and slowly add them back into your diet later to see what you can tolerate and what you cant. Sorry i couldnt help you anymore than this.
I would suggest talking to your doctor about it though and see what their openion is on the matter.
