Psyllium is a good source of fiber that can be added to foods, it can usually be found in the health food section at grocery store. Here’s a website that lists foods that contain fiber www.bellaonline.com/articles/art49...

There are plenty of ways to get fiber when you are Gluten-free, infact the flours I use to substitute for Gluten are usually very high in fiber... if you like baking, you can use coconut flour, fava/garbanzo bean flour, sorghum, brown rice, etc. As far as grains go, Quinoa is VERY healthy all around, has high fiber and protein... flax is also a great way to get fiber in... most of my recipes on nourishthis.com are pretty decent fiber-wise. I am also adding a g-f baking section next month if that is something you are into.

Any green, leafy vegetable from chard to spinach. Any root vegetable from onions to beets to carrots to parnsips and home again. Other greenly things like celery and lettuce, cabbagey things like broccoli, turnip and cauliflower. Beans of all kinds. Brown rice. Millet. Gluten-free oats.
