" Psyllium is a good source of fiber that can be added to foods, it can usually be found in the health food section at grocery store. Here’s a website that lists foods that contain fiber www.bellaonline.com/articles/art49... "

" There are plenty of ways to get fiber when you are Gluten-free, infact the flours I use to substitute for Gluten are usually very high in fiber... if you like baking, you can use coconut flour, fava/garbanzo bean flour, sorghum, brown rice, etc. As far as grains go, Quinoa is VERY healthy all around, has high fiber and protein... flax is also a great way to get fiber in... most of my recipes on nourishthis.com are pretty decent fiber-wise. I am also adding a g-f baking section next month if that is something you are into. "
