Food Allergies Support Group

I have 2 kids allergic to dairy and wheat. I like the silk soy milk plain for cooking and cereal and they like half vanilla light and chocolate for drinking. The rice milk is a little strang but you could get use to it. I make my own ice creams with coconut milk which is great. And I but tropical source chocolate for them. Cheese is the only thing thats really hard to find. Galaxy company makes a dairy/casien free cheese line. They are good too.

I am allergic to cow's milk, sheep's milk, and goat's milk. All of my food allergies were diagnosed using RAST. I think it's worth talking to the doctor about.
