It is true that dieting cause eating problems.
I don`t have much problem with overeating anymore.
I don`t follow diet so strickly as I used to do.
My problem was reactive hypoglicemia to carbohydrates and it caused multiple symptoms.

" I can say that I am not so focused on food as I was because I don`t afraid eating now. I was able to eleminate allergies with detox and my diet is easier now. And I allow myself to eat some carbs without being afraid of candida overgrow because I red that too strick diet can cause nervous problem including eating disorder. If you have to be on strick diet for 2 weeks you should have more food after that to suppport nervous system.I was on such diet for 3 months!
Candida sufferers use very hard diets withour carbs at all but they do more harm for themself bc they weaken ummune system too. People who are overweight are in panic and eat constantly because they afraid of eating much and so on.I also can eat with less problems bc my stomach don`t hurt much, because gastritis is in remission now.
Less anxiety lead to less overeating. "
